Publishing a complaints procedure for all members and the general publicd. Encouraging professional practice and that teaching/training follows the core curriculum laid down in the training guidelinese. Providing information to the general public and forge links with relevant professionals about the benefits and working practices of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)f. Maintaining a list of members and only allow practising members to join on the proviso that they agree to, and abide by, (where applicable) EFT International Training Regulations, the EFT International Code of Conduct and Ethics, and EFT International Guidelines on CPD and Mentoring as updated and amended from time to timeg. Providing support by making available meetings for members to be a forum for sharing ideas, concerns that may arise in practiceh. Producing a regular newsletter andi. Wherever possible, make available, affordable Professional Liability Insurance for members

**Activities:** To promote, for public benefit, high quality Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) as an evidence-based approach to supporting health and wellbeing.To establish the highest standards of training in EFT and to accredit trainers who can deliver that level of training.To maintain a directory  to enable members of the public to access suitably qualified, safe and ethical EFT practitioners.
