Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year

As above: Running a successful student Concert in January 2023 in support of students of the oud and darbuka who showcased their talent to their friends, family and wider community.

Successfully received funding from the Arts Council England to plan and carry out the Taqasim Oud Club Concert Series - a series of 6 concerts each highlighting a fusion mix of varied musics from different Middle Eastern traditions. Concerts took place in February and March (within the time period of this TAR) the rest took place after this time period in April, May, June, July and August 2025 at St. John’s Hoxton, London.

Re8pon8lbllftl•s and ba818 ol report As the charity trustees of the Foundation you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act'l. I report in respect of my examination of the Foundation￿ accounts carrled out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carryingout my examination I have followed all the 8ppIic8ble Directionsoven bythe Charity Commission under section 145{5)Ib) ofthe Act.
