**Objects:** THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CIO ARE:FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN GHANA:-(1)TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND POOR HEALTH AMONGST ELDERLY PEOPLE AND (2)TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PRESERVE HEALTH BY PROVISION OF FREE/AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO THE MOST VULNERABLE IN REMOTE PARTS OF GHANA.(3)TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE ‘SOCIALLY EXCLUDED’ MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF THEIR OLD AGE.

**Activities:** Make a Difference Now promotes social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing elderly people from becoming socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society. Activities include Coffee Mornings, Adult Day Centre, Visits to homes for friendly chats, sponsored walks and summer barbeques
