General funds are unr8slricl8d funds which are avallable for use al the discretion of the Truste88 in
furtherance of the 9en&ral obj&clives of the Company and which have not been designated for other
purpose8.
R8slricl6d funds are funds whlch are lo be used In accordance wllh specrfic restriction8 imposed by
donors or which have bgen raised by the Company for parti¢ulgr purposes. The costs of raisin9 and
administering such funds are charged ag8insl the specific fund. The aim and use of each restri￿ed
