To house homeless people, ensure that those that are housed are not living in poverty, and are able to move onto longer term independent living.

Managed 4 properties within the Nottingham area, and provided support to the beneficiaries of the charity. Support consisted of assisting them with their benefits to ensure they are not left without money and in a state of poverty. Support also consisted of assisting with any support needs that were identified, such as mental health or physical health to aid a better quality of life.

Section D Achievements and performance

Successfully house numerous people across the 4 properties. Summary of the main Successfully aided residents to reintegrate into society after achievements of the charity homelessness. Aided in ensuring their benefit claims were correctly set during the year up to ensure that they weren’t in poverty. Assisted with their needs such as physical and mental health needs.

Section E Financial review

The charity will reinvest any reserves back into the charity to further the Brief statement of the charity’s goals. This could include, but would not be limited to, taking on charity’s policy on reserves additional properties to take in, and help more homeless people within Nottingham. We are owed approximately £130,000 from the Local Authority in Housing Benefit Payments Details of any funds materially We owe £25,000 for leases in deficit We owe £60,000 to service providers for improvements to properties and ongoing services We owe £70,000 for furnishings and £9,000 for insurance
