Friends of Rawmarsh and Green Spaces
After taking advice on the phone from the Charity Commission I wish to send I our return to cover 2023 and 2024. The following information meets the guidance I received today.
Annual Report
The Friends of Rawmarsh and Parkgate Green Spaces have had no change in finances during this period. The last movement of any monies either in or our of the account was 28[th] June 2022.
At our latest Annual General Meeting a motion was proposed, seconded and passed to the effect that we should go through the process of closing down the Charity. We are at the early stages of doing that and forms should be completed within a few weeks
