The iconic Ball Out 3x3 Tour took the country by storm this
summer travelling from city to city delivering one captivating event
after another.
Teams ranging from U14s to Elite Men and Women's categories
competed in the eighth year of the tour, which is was bigger than
ever.
Ball Out 3x3 and Basketball England collaborated on an exciting
expansion of the 3x3 competition this year which featured eight
qualifying events across the country? culminating in two days of
finals in London.
As well as the capital, 3x3 basketball came to Manchester and
Birmingham - with new editions of the tour that took place in
Newcastle, Leicester, Leeds and Essex for the first time.

change in young people, particularly from disadvantaged backgrounds. This
was achieved by coaching young people and delivering basketball clinics and
tournaments. Ball Out Is a ¢oachlftfJ programme and a 3 on 3 13x31 basketball
tournarnent. Our prograrnme is focused on the provision of grassroots to
adult summer basketball participatlon and we have a very experienced
Coachlng graff. Qur airn is to Increase basketball partlcipation and become
the soLutLon for the provI31on of Sun￿er basketball. Ball Out works hard
wlth the objectlve to develop and Insplre male and female, young ancl ol
partlclpants.
REVIEW OF THE FINANCIAL POSITION
The accounts indicate that the charity had an operating deficit of £316 fot.
the period on a receipts and payments basis. ht the end of the year the
charity had ner unre3tricred funds of £4.683 which is same as the bank
balance. The trustees rnaintain such reserves as they consider adequate for
the Immedlare requlrements of the charity.
The trustees have assessed the major rL3ks to whlch the charity is exp03ed,
and are satisfied that Systems are in place to rnitigate exposure io the
ajor risks.
Durlng the year, the charlty pald £1,756.65 and £1,250.00 to the trustees,
Clive Lindo and Mr. George Agbugba respectivelyi
for their charity
admini stration and pro j tet management ¥èrvices.
The charity has other assets and its one bank account, whlch are utillsed
solèly for the purpose of iunning the sports projects.
