Previously in 2019-2020 We received £900 from Third Age Project (TAP); early 2020 we were funded £2,690.00 from the Cripplegate Foundation, also a £400 grant for the show A Box of Eggs. We returned the grant for A Box of Eggs, which could not be developed due to covid19.

With the fund received from TAP and Cripplegate, we paid:

- producer Ida Casilli £200 to help us with the funding applications,

- the workshop helper at TAP workshop £100.00

-we paid Helen Ainsworth £1,260.00 and Irene Ros £1,430.00, for planning the activities and delivering the workshops on a Wednesday throughout term time 2020, from May – December 2020.

There are no debts.

No funds are held as a custodian trustee. All funds are and will be kept in the bank account.

## **4. Our safeguarding document and policy**

The safeguarding policy was circulated back in November 2019 when it was written for the Cripplegate workshops and the trustees approved it. We continue to review this and work on it. See attached document.

## **5. Our vision and plans for the future**

- We plan to continue with the weekly workshops at Hilldrop with funding from the Lottery – to give us a minimum wage, then apply to the Arts Council for a big artist led project.

- We were granted permission to change our address to Hilldrop Community Centre. The request was made so that we will not be impacted by the funders’ changes of address.

- We have been volunteering at Beacon High in the Art Classes and plan to continue to do so but apply for funding.

- We have been granted funds from The National Lottery for a project on the theme of Jubilee. Apart from Helen and Irene, Zoe Gardner worked on the workshop. We were glato expand our network to other theatre professionals.

- We are running the film competition for young people at Camden New Town Community Festival with funding from Camden Giving. The fund will mostly be given back to the festival and other professionals. We intend to appoint a filmmaker to deliver workshops in schools. We want to do so to expand our network, but if we won’t find anyone available Irene Ros will deliver them.

- we hope to run the festival again next year as an Arts Mark experience next year and receive funding to do so (from Arts Mark) this is with support of Rhian at Film London.

- we intend to become an Art Awards organisation

- We are in negotiations with TAP to help run their 25[th] anniversary celebrations, this is on hold.

- We want to build up links with other youth centres we engaged with during the Jubilations project – to run regular events there

- We would like to engage our participants in trips to art galleries

- We plan to enhance our links with other professional companies who can mentor us and are available to us.

- We would love to engage more with our trustees. Irene Ros suggested a project in collaboration with Steve Franck in the estate near Caledonian road. The options will be discussed in the following months. Helen Ainsworth suggested Steve to participate in the project with TAP

- Helen Ainsworth noted that everyone on the board should now have a DBS
