**Objects:** TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITIES IN THE AREA OF WARRINGTON, IN PARTICULAR THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY, ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH, BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL BY PROVIDING GRANT FUNDING THAT WILL ENABLE CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS TO CONTINUE OR EXPAND THEIR WORK, INCLUDING ACTIVITIES AND SERVICE PROVISION FOR LOCAL PEOPLE.

**Activities:** The Charity gives small grants to local voluntary and community groups in Warrington.  Applications for grant-aid are sought from small, often struggling Warrington based charitable activities throughout the year by formal and informal means, and grants distributed three times a year.
