**Objects:** TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GOOD MENTAL HEALTH OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 11-24 THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO BUILD RESILIENCE AND EQUIP THEM WITH HEALTHY COPING STRATEGIES TO MANAGE THE PRESSURES THEY FACE, REPLACING SELF-DESTRUCTIVE BEHAVIOURS WITH POSITIVE LIFE SKILLS.

**Activities:** To preserve and protect the mental health and wellbeing of young people aged 11-24 through the provision of activities designed to build resilience and equip them with healthy coping strategies to manage the pressures they face, replacing self-destructive behaviours with positive life skills.
