Trustees are selected at the Annual General Meeting; each club within the
Federation nominates two members to become trustees of the Federation
and vote at Executive Committee meetings and the AGM. In addition, the
County Chairman, Vice Chairman, Events and Marketing committee chair,
Competitions Committee chair, Management chair, President and 6 co-
ted advisors, all elected or confirmed at the AGM, are also trustees.

Membership of the clubs associated within the Federation is open to all
additional information, where
young people aged between 10 and 28. The trustees oversee the day to

Federation of Young Farmers Clubs and also send representatives to the

checks carried out again in line with statutory requirements.
All trustees give their time voluntarily and receive no remuneration or other
benefits as a result of their trusteeship.

There is a previously approved and declared familial relationship between
