## Policy on grant making 

When planning a corporate event the trustees will consider which charity or charities will benefit from the funds raised from that event.

The Charity’s fundraising activities generated £106,642 of income for the year ended 31 December 2022 (2021: £89,170). The Charity received a further £63,664 (2021: £73,041) in donations given from the surplus raised by Hilton Foods Limited from a Golf Event held for the benefit of the Charity.

I report in respect of my examination of the Charity’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
