To promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing children and young people (aged between 6 and 25) from becoming socially excluded due to mental ill health or emotional distress, to relieve the needs of those children and young people with mental ill health or emotional distress and assisting them to integrate into society

The charity has provided free Mental Health First Aid training for teachers, youth workers and scout leaders during this financial year. The Mental Health First Aid course is a full 2-day certificated course which give people the skills required to help a young person in mental health crisis. It also raises awareness and understanding.
