These aim to increase peoples understanding of mental health and allow for open discussions. In addition, the charity has provided free Mental Health First Aid training for scout leaders across 10 counties during this financial year. The Mental Health First Aid course is a full 2-day certificated course which give people the skills required to help a young person in mental health crisis.
