Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole.	Para 1.20	Membership numbers were maintained and the number of volunteers was increased. New interest groups were introduced, offering an even greater choice for members. The increased use of social media continued, aiding promotion and providing general information, alongside the website, to encourage retired / semi-retired people in the area to become involved in the charity.
