## **SUMMARY** 

Malawi Wildlife Trust was registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation in 2018. 

Its mission is to protect Malawi’s wildlife and safeguard its natural habitats, which will be achieved through two approaches; 

1. Promote for the benefit of the public the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment in Malawi. 

2. Advance the education of the public in the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment. 

Access to banking was reinstated in January. 

The opening bank balance on 1 April 2022 was £5,698.07 and the closing balance on 31 March 2023 was £5691.08.  The difference is accounted for in monthly bank charges and interest.
