SUMMARY
Malawi Wildlife Trust was registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation in 2018.
Its mission is to protect Malawi’s wildlife and safeguard its natural habitats, which will be achieved through two approaches;

Promote for the benefit of the public the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment in Malawi.

Advance the education of the public in the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment.
Jake Zarins resigned as Chair in December 2021 due to other personal commitments. Kate Moore was appointed as Chair.
Trustee meetings were held in June 2021 and January 2022. Activity was placed on hold until access to the bank account was secured, which was limited due to lost paperwork by the bank.
Expenses for the reporting period totalled totalled £78 on bank charges. The opening bank balance on 31 March 2021 was £5,843.01 and the closing balance was £5698.27.
