A]1 Aboard Youth Rowing- 2023-24
The Charity. All Aboard Youth Rowing (AAYR]. was incorporated on 7th December 2017 and this reportwill cover the
period up to August 2024. AAYR cotltinued to work in Warringtt>n with Warrington Rowing Club. Merseyside with
Livetpool Virtoria Rowing Club. Northwich with Northwich Rowing Club and Greater Manchester. working with Agecroft
Rowing Club. This year we expanded into Runcorn working with Run¢orn Rowing Club and North Staffordshire working
with North Staffordshire Rowing Club.

The Charity's aim is to enhancethe lives of disadwantaged children through the power of spor¢ notsbly rowÉng.

from British Rowing. Other funding ts O￿anICallygenerdted via fundrJistngatttvities and donation
All Aboardyouth Rowing recognises th3tthe planned redurtion of funding from our main sponsor represents the greatest
risk to the organisation and are tsking measuresto diversifyÈncome sources byattracllng increased external donations
and grants.
During this period.AAYRgenerdted a surplus of£53.738 of iDconTre over expenditure.

Activtties
Our pupils learn to row on the waterand also on Èndoor rowingrn3chines. This meaTts thatwe can (3rry on our activities
during the wtnter months ofinclementweather.
We ran a very suc￿Ssful Indoor Rowing Champiollship iti the wrnter. The knndon trip to NJIRC was thoroughly enjoyed by
ail who participaied. Our summer regatta tookplace lulyand was a great success.

Summary
This has been an exciting year forAAYK We have changed our narne. developed our newwebsite to better reflert the
potential positive impact we can have s￿denyS lives and expanded into two furtherareas. The uncertainty regarding
future funding and the competitive market for funding however remains. Thankyou to all our sponsors fortheir continued
