**Objects:** TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES FOR INDOOR, OUTDOOR AND ADAPTIVE ROWING AND OTHER SPORTS OR ACTIVITIES TO IMPROVE HEALTH, FITNESS OR WELL-BEING OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES.

**Activities:** Enhancing the lives of disadvantage school children in the North West. This is done using the sport of rowing which will help to instil confidence, discipline and a healthy lifestyle.
