Ourobj8Ctlves are to obtain reasonable assurance 8boutwhetherth&flnancial stateménts as 8 whole are free

Irre9ulailtles, Includlng fraud, are instances of non-compllance wlth laws and regulatlons. We design
procedures In Ilne with our responslbllltles, outllned above, to detect materlal mlsstatements In respect of
Irregularlties, includlng fraud. The extent to whlch our procedures ere capabl& of detecting Irregularitlgs.
Ineluding fraud is detalled belgw..
We galned an understancllng of tha legal and regulatory framework applicable to thg company and the
Industry In whlch It operates, and consldered the rlsk of acts by the company that were eontraryto appllcable

the rlsk of not d@t8cting a mat8rlal mlsstatement due to fraud Is higher then the rlsk of not detectlng one
resulting from error. as fraud mty Involve dellberats conce8lmgnt by, for example, forgery or Intentlonal

We focussed on laws and regulations. whlch could glve rise to 8 materlal M￿$stat9ment in the flnanclal

reflected In the financial statements. the less Ilkely we woulcl become aware of it. We did not idgntlfy any key
audlt matters rèlating to irregularlties, includSng fraud. As Sn all oijr audits, we also èddressed the rlsk of
management override of Internal contro15, includlng testing journals and evaluatSng whethgr there was
evldence of bias by the dlrectorsthat represented 8 rlskof material mlsstatement due to fraud.
As part of an aud￿ in 8￿rdanCewrth ISAS IUKI, we exerclse professionalludgment and malntain professional
scepticlsm throughout the8udlt.Wealso'.
Identlfy and assess the rlsks of material mlsstatement of the financlal statements. whether due to
fraud or error, design and perform audit procedures responsive to those risks, and obtain audit evidence
that Is suffielent ana approprSate to provide a basis for our opinion. The risk of not detectlng a material
misstatement resulting from fraud is higher than for one resulting from error. as fraud may involve
ollusion, forgery, intentional omissions. misrepresentations. orthe overrid8 of internal control.
Obtein an understanding of internal control relevant to the audit in order to design audit procedures
