The trustees present their annual report and financial slalements lor the year ended 31 December 2024.

financial stalernenls 8nd comply wrth the chaiity's governing document, the cha￿tieS Act 2011 and "Accounting and
Reporting by Charities.. Slalement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in
accordan￿ with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Iieland IFRS 7021"
leffective 1 January 20191.
Objèctivès and activities
The charity's objects are the advancement of thè orthodox Jewish faith, the relief of povety and thè relief ol
sickness , poor health and old age, in particular but not limited to people living In Israel.
The trustees do not anticipate any changes to these actiwlies in thè fLrtur8.
The Iruslee5 have paid due regard to guidance issued by the Charity Gomrni5sion in deciding what activities the
charity should undertake.
Achievements and perfomiance
During the year the Charity ¢onlinued its philanthropic activitiès in support ol provisions of basic necessities lor the
poor and relief of srckness and disabilities.

in olhei ineotne and £13,555:747 12023.. £13,408.6621 was paid out by way of grants and support Costs. All grants
were made in line with the stated objects of the charity
Financial review
It Is the policy ol the charity that unrestricted funds which have not been designated for a specrfiG Use should be
maintained at £15,000. The trustees consider that reserve5 al this level will ensure that the charity can oontinuÈ its
charitable activrtiès. This level of reserves has been maintained throughout the year.
As al 31 DeceThber 2024 the Charity has total free reserves 01 £92,02412023". £652,678).
The trustees are satisfied with the resutts for the year.
The trustees have assessed the major risks to which the charity is exposed. and are satisfied that systems are in
place lo miligale exposure to the rnajoi risks.
Structuro, governance and management
The charity 15 controlled by its goveming docLtment, a conslttution (Foundation Model) document dated 2nd October
2017, and constilutes a Charitable In¢oTporaled Organisation ICIOI.
The day to day affairs of the Charity are administered by the Board of Trustees.
It is not currently Ihe intention of the Trustees of the Charity to appoint new trustees. Should the situation thange in
the future, the Tmstees will apply suitable recruilmenl and training proGedures.
None of the Trustees have any beneficial interest in the Charity.

The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees. Report and the financial statements in accordancè with
applicable law and United Kj'ngdom Accounting Standards (Uniled Kingdom Generally Accepted Acwunling

In audiling the financial statements, we have concluded that the Trustees, use of the going wncern basis of

The risk of fraud and non-compliance with laws and règulations was diseussed within the audit team and
tests were planned and perforrned to address these risks.

We enquired of those charged with governance about actual and polenllal liligalion and claims..
We performed analytical procèdurès lo idèntrfy any unusual or unexpected relationships that might Indicate

1.1 Aetounting convention
The financial statements have been prépared in accordance with the charity's govèming document, the
Charities Ad 2011, FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and RepDblic of IrelarTrd
I"FRS 102.1 and the Charities SORP "Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Stalerrenl of Recommended
Praclice appIl￿ble to tharilies preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Rèpublic of Ireland IFRS 1021 (effèctive 1 January 20191. The charity is a Public
Benefit Entity a5 delinèd by FRS 102.
The finanual statements have departed from the Charities IAccounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 orily lo
the extent reqLJired lo provide a true and fair vièw. This departure has involved following the Statement of
Recommended Practice lor charitiès applying FRS 102 rather than the version of the Statemènt of
Recommended Practice which is referred to in the Regulations bul whieh has since been withdrawn.

The financial staternents have been prepared under the historical cost convention. The principal a¢¢ounting

Al the time of approwng the financial statements. Ihe Iiuslees havè a ieasonable expectation that the charity
has adequate resources lo conliriue in operational exislencÈ for tFTrè foreseeable future. Thus the trustees
continue to adopt the going concem basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.
1.3 Charitable funds
Unre511icled funds are available for use al the discretion ol the trustees in furtherance of their charitable
objectives unless the funds have been designatéd for othèr purposes.
Restricted funds are subject lo specific eonditions by donor5 or grantors as lo how they may be used. The
purposes and uses of the reslricled funds arè set out in the notes to the financial statemènts.
Endowment fund5 are subject lo specific conditions by donors that the capital tnust be maintained by the
hartty.

sources. The estimates and associated assumption5 are based on historical experience and other factors that
are cgnsidered to be relevant. Actual results may differ from these estimates.
