tnjstees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144121 of the
Chariknes Act 2011 (the 2011 Acl) and that an iidependent exaEninath)n is needed.

My examination was carried out in acC(￿dance bmth the Gerwdl Directions 9tven by the
Charity c￿mmiSSIonerS. An examinalKJn indudes a revivw of the accounting records kept by
the charÉty and a cornparison of the accwnts present￿1 wilh those records. It also indudes
consideratKsn of any unijsual ilems or disclosures in the a(xounts. and seeking explanations
from you as trustee5 con￿mIng any such matters. The prLKedures undertaken do not
provide all Ihe eviden￿ that woukj be required n an audr(. and c(wuenUy no opinion is
gNen as to whether the accounts FKesent a Irue and fair view. and the report is limited to
those matters set out in the statement bekm.
