This<br>exposure of taking up challenging roles has enabled the<br>youths to enhance their skills and bring the best out of them.<br>The trustees made sure that the resource people who<br>ministered to the youths are relatable and the best choice<br>for our young people by analysing and evaluating their<br>ministerial credibility and effectiveness.|

(age group of 11–24-year-olds)<br> We had special sessions on how people can grow in their<br>Christian faith and Discipleship, build strong Mental<br>Health, responsibly use social media, and maintain<br>healthy Relationship.<br> During the process of organising the Summer Camp, we<br>have given opportunities for youths to develop their skills<br>in singing, choreography, music, and video production,<br>leading and organizing sessions. It enabled them to grow<br>in their leadership and communication skills. It also<br>provided opportunity to increase confidence in their<br>ability and keep them accountable for the task entrusted<br>to them.<br> The leadership skills of many youths have been<br>remarkably improved, and the charity’s activities have<br>provided a stable growth in the development of the<br>Leadership Skills of the young people.<br> The KINLDE team members were confident in organising<br>and designing various events. These opportunities<br>improved their leadership and team building skills. This<br>also encouraged the Trustees to promote few of them to<br>Key Leadership (as Key Leaders) of the organization.<br> The KINDLE mentoring opportunities for the youths aided<br>in the development of responsible, mature, and proactive<br>individuals. This has enabled them to cope well in various<br>tasks in their Universities and Colleges.<br> Through various activities of KINDLE, young people from<br>various parts of the UK have benefitted to grow in their<br>spiritual as well as personal life.<br>Kindle**Life groups**(for youngsters are meeting every month<br>on Zoom  which include the time of worship, game,and a talk|

on a selected topic by a speaker and discussion in ZOOM breakout rooms. A mentor is assigned to each breakout room to facilitate the discussion. The topics are based on the current issues faced by the youths.
