**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE COMMUNICATION NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH APHASIA (PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AS A RESULT OF STROKE) IN THE COUNTY OF SURREY AND SURROUNDING AREA.

**Activities:** TALK Surrey CIO provides social communication opportunities and long-term support for people with aphasia in Surrey. Its four weekly community-based support groups provide a friendly and accessible environment where people can practise their communication facilitated by trained volunteers. This leads to increased confidence and improved wellbeing and participation.
