charity {"the Trust") for the year ended 31112124
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees. you are responsible for the preparalion of the
accounts in accordance wrth the requirements of the Chartties Act 2011
I'lhe Acr).
I report in resped of rny examination of the Trust's accounts carried otrt
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination. I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
Ljnder section 145151{b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material matters have
examinerfs statement come lo my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause lo believe that in. any material respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordan with section 130
