audit is not requiTed for ihis year (under section 144(1) of the Charities Act 2011 (th¢ 2011 AGt)) and tha¢ an independent
examinaiion is needed.

My examination was carried out in accordance with th¢ General Direciions given by the Charity Commission. An
examination includes a review of ihe accountitLgJ records kept by the chariiy and a cortLpaTison of the accounts presented
with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disc105ures in the a¢¢ounts, and 5e¢king
explanations from you as trustee5 conceming any such mailers. Th¢ procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence
that would be reqllired in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the a¢counts.

In connection with my ¢xamination. no mailer has come to my attention..
