**Objects:** (1) TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A WORKING MUSEUM FOR THE EXHIBITION AND PRESERVATION OF HISTORIC AND CLASSIC AIRCRAFT AND ASSOCIATED ARTEFACTS AND MEMORABILIA FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF AVIATION THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A MUSEUM AND PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THE ISLE OF WIGHT.(3) TO ENCOURAGE AND DEVELOP AN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME INCLUDING RESEARCH FACILITIES, AND TO EMBRACE HISTORICAL AVIATION HERITAGE, LINKED TO THE LOCAL AND NATIONAL AEROSPACE INDUSTRY.

**Activities:** To establish & maintain a working museum for the exhibition and preservation of historic aircraft and associated artefacts and memorabilia on the Isle of Wight at Sandown Airport for the benefit of the public.To advance the education of the public & schoolchildren in the history of aviation through the provision of educational activities both in the museum and within schools.
