It is important to note that the forecast makes a number of key assumpts'ons= The charÉty's commercialnrading operations will continue lo grow as projected in the business plan produced with the support of the consultants Core costs have been reduced in a restructuring without impacting the capability to deliver objects, aims and programme. However, should debt restructuring, commercial activity. grant funding and fundraising levels as forecasted not be achieved Ihis would create a strain on cash11ow and have a material impact on the ability of the charity to meet its borrowing commitments, without further additional funding or current lenders fvrther revising terms. As a result of the uncertainty in the timing and levels of income being forecast. and the willingness of funders to provide additional support. the directors consider that there is a material uncertainty in respect of the ability of the charity to continue as a going concem.
