CONSTITUTION
The Company was incorporated on 16June 2017. The governing document IS the
Memorandum and Articles ofAssociation adopted on that date. The company became a
registered charity on 27 November 2017.
TRUSTEES AND OFFICERS
The names of the Trustees who have served during the year are shown on page two of this
report with the exception of Dwayne Lawson who resigned on l August 2025.
STATEMENTOF RESPONSIBILITIES OFTRUSTEES
The trustees Iwho are also direttors of Adventist Radio London for the PUfpose5 of company
lawl are responsible for Preparing the Trustees, Report and the financial statements in
accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards Iunited Kingdom
Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
Company law required trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year
which give a true and fair view of the state of the affairs of the charitable company and of
the incoming resources and application of resources. including the income and expenditure,
of the charitable company for that period. In preparing these financial statements, the
trustees are required to..

make judgements and estimate5 that are reasonable and prudent:

any material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements.

The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that distlose with
reasonable accuracy at any time the financial F)OSition of the charitable company and enable
them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Companies Art 2C(16. They are
also responsible for safeguarding the asset5 of the charitable company and hence for taking
reasonable steps for the prevention and dètertion of fraud and other irregularities.
PUBLIC BENEFir
The trustees confirm that they have complied with the duty in Charities Act 2011 to have
due regard to the Charity Commission General Guidance on Public Benefit, when reviewing
their aims and objertives and in planning future activities. In particular, the Trustees
consider how planned activities will contribute to the aims and objertive5 they have set.
PRINCIPAL OFFICE
The principal office of the charity is- 25 St Johns Road, Warford. Hertfordshire WD17 IPZ.
ORGANISATION
The Company is under the control of the Trustee5.
The radio is run on a daily basis by the Dirertor Paul Lee, and the Radio Manager Ray
Patrick.
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
To successfully launch an Adventist Radio station in London which will reach at least 50,000
regular listeners in 3 years with the pure truth of the gospel, and more than 120,000
listener5 in 5 years.
To increase the number of Londoners who will be exposed to the gospel and, more
specifically, to produce a compelling schedule of programmes for the purpose.
To make a greater audience aware of the church's teachings of the Bible.
To Ltse the teachings of the bible to address social challenges facÉng many people in London
and thu5 represent a vital source of change, growth and development for its listeners
To be a catalyst for a comprehensive mass media strateBy, which creates content for a
website. and an appealing app among other social medio initiatives. This also involves
hosting community seminars for our audiences, with great presenters of present truth in
the bible. health and other areas of life and so strengthen their walk with God.
To be the destination for people who yearn to be drawn c105er to God and experience a
pure, holy sound that is distinctive and different from what they have in the world.

To help people already in the church to grow their faith and be a Sour￿ where they can
learn more about Christ and keep them from the growing tide of secularism and deception
that has swept away so many other Christians into apathy and error.
ACHIEVEMENTSAND PERFORMANCE
Streamlining the programme schedule and providing new content
Stabilising the existing broadcast infrastructure
Introduction of additional Volunteer broadcasters and Live UKllnternational
programmes
PLANS FOR THE FUTURE:
Establish more consistent fund-raising channels
Develop and execute 5-year strategic plan to increase listenership
RISK ASSESSMENT
The major risks to the Company have been identified. The Trustees and management have
an ongoing process to review these risks.
RESERVES POLICY
The charity is reliant on the SLSPPOrt of other charities related to the Seventh- Day Adventist
Church. The charity has agreed necessary funding from these charities for the foreseeable
future.
RECRUITMENT AND APPOINTMENTOFTRUSTEES
Trustees are appointed from people who either have experience of or an interest in dealing
with the Charity's objective.

New tnjstees are provided with documentation to enable them to appreciate the Tru5Vs
objective5. organisation, method of operation and their responsibilities under the law. In
addition existing trustees assist them in becoming fully conversant with their role.

I report on the accounts of Adventist Radio London foi the year ended 31 December 2024, which
comprise the Statement of Financial Activities, the Balance Sheet and related notes.
Responsibiliti￿ and Basis of Report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the atcounts in accordance with
the requirements of the Charities Act 20111.the AcVI-
I report in respect of my examination of the Trusvs accounts carried out under settion 145 of the
2011 Act and in carrying out my examination. I have followed all the applicable Directions given by
the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act.
Independent Examlner's statement
The charit¢s 8r055 income exceeded E250.CW and l am qualified to undertake the examination bv
being a qualified member of ACCA.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in
connertion with the examination which Etve5 me cause to believe that in. any material respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act- or
the accounts did not atcord wtth the accounting records,. or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and
content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other
than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fairf view which is not a matter
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.

For the financial period ended 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from
audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2CQ6 relating to small companies.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act
with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for

Accounting Policies
1.1 Basis of preparation
The financial statement5 have been prepared in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021. The
company is a public benefrt entity for the purposes of FRS 102 and a re8lStered charity
established as a company limited by guarantee and therefore has also prepared its
financial statements in accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practice
applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (The FRS 102 Charitie5
SORPI, the Companies Act 2006 and Charities Art 2011.
All expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis and, where incurred directly to
further the charitV5 charitsble objects. is Shown under charitable actNities.
1.2 Governance tosts
Governance costs include the management of the charttable CoMpan￿S assets and
organisational management ond compliance with constitutional and statutory
requirements.
1.3 Tangible fixed asset5
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less depreciation. Depreciation is provided at
rates calculated to write off the ¢ost les5 estimated residual value of each a55et over
its experted useful life, as follows..

1.4 Fund accounting
Unrestrirted Funds are resources which can be used in accordance wrth the charitable
objects at the distretion of the trustees and include Designated Funds set aside by the
