Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
Kore Develoments Charity objective is to create a community resource that ensures longevity in a manner of cost effective ness to its users, but also ensures its continued self-sufficency as to not burden the community of local authority. As a community lead facility we aim to provide a number of projects and facilities both grant and self funded to meet the need of our immedicate and wider community.
Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)
This includes being a regular home for youth groups, families, the elderly and specialists groups such as LGBTQ. We will also look to host community functions and events allowing skill swaps or re-education.

Main accomplishments this year:

Lions Taekwondo Academy funding secured to provide much needed new equipment to support this local organisation to aid and train the children and families in martial arts.

Managed and organised a trip to Ninja warriors for the families.

We partnered with our Local Tescos to supply lunches to all families on our trips and events.

We partnered with the FA to supply free tickets to families to watch the womens England finals in Wembley Stadium.

Organised a fund-raising event to provide gift an d treats to children and families during the summer.

Networking with organisations to provide vital funding to build the community and reach desired goals.
