The accounts are prepared under the hisiorical c051 convention modified when n￿essary lo in¢lude the
revaluation of certain fixed assets. FRS 102 has been adopted

DonatiotEs received for the general Pu￿oseS of the charity are included as general fund. General funds
are unreslricled funds wht'ch are available for the use al Ihe discretion ofthe trustees in furtherarK¢ of
the general obj¢¢liv¢ of the Charity and which hav¢ not been designated for oiher purposes.
1.3 Inwming R¢sourccs
All incoming resourccs are recognized once Ihc charity has the entiilemenl to the resources, it is Certain
that the resources will be received and monelary Val￿ of the incoming resources can be measured with
sufficient reliability.
1.4 Govemance Costs
There are not any Governance costs associatol with charily. Most of ihe athnirtistrative jobs are done
on voluntary basis i.e. free of cosl except Accountants fee.
1.5 Unrestricted Costs
General ￿nd includes all donaiions for which donors have not expressed any preference as to how the
lunds sliall be sp¢nl. These funds are applied lor any charilable puryose al ihe absoluie disLretion of the
