## **ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE**

As the organisation is restructuring, they continue to offer prayers and scripture study.

The organisation is continuing its collaboration and partnership both within and out. The report from members and the public is encouraging as TOD was able to serve the public through electronic, social media, and innovation.

The Trustees reviewed their internal policies and set goals and targets for the year ahead. The organisation is aware of the risks to which the Charity is exposed and as witnessed by the pandemic. However, the trustees are developing new plans and strategies to mitigate these risks.
