## **REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30[th] June 2020** 

The trustees, who are members of the CIO presented their report and accounts for the year ended 30[th] June 2023  which have been prepared in accordance with Accounting and reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (the FRSSE) (effective 1st January 2015). 

## **PUBLIC BENEFIT:** 

The Trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit reporting in deciding what activities the charity should undertake. The remainder of this report illustrates the activities undertaken to support the public benefit requirement.

## **ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE** 

As the organisation is restructuring, they continue to offer prayers, studying of the scripture, and befriend. 

The organisation is looking closely into collaboration and partnership both within and out. The report from members and the public is encouraging as (TOD) was able to serve the public through electronic, social media, and innovation. 

The Trustees reviewed their internal policies and set goals and targets for the year ahead. The organisation is aware of the risks to which the Charity is exposed as witnessed by the pandemic. However, the trustees are developing new plans and strategies to mitigate these risks.
