## **Members Meetings** 

NCHB held _ trustees’ meetings 8[th] November 2022 

NCHB held _ member’s meetings 20[th] November 2022 

The focus of our meetings at the end of the 2022 was on the closing of our church. In the members meeting Russell asked if everyone was in agreement with the church being closed. Everyone agreed apart from one abstainer. 

## **Worship Services** 

There will be a Christmas Carol service on the 18th December. Also a Christmas morning service. 

On the 22nd January 2023 it is thought that we have a meal together at the end of the morning service. 

On the 29th January 2023 it was felt fitting to invite people who have helped the church with preaching, supporting etc to the morning service and afterwards for cake and coffee. 

## **Finances** 

In the members meeting Members were informed of the plans for the distribution of the church funds. Those being a) the building fund be given to Sierra Leone for the building of churches  there. The general fund be distributed between the charities that are supported already by the church. These being Barnabas Aid, Christian Concern and Tearfund. Later was also added London City Mission. When asked for a show of hands to agree with this, everyone agreed apart from one abstainer.
