**Objects:** THE PURPOSE OF THE CHARITY IS THE PROMOTION OF ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE PARISH OF TREVERBYN IN THE COUNTY OF CORNWALL AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH, BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS AS WELL AS OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ARE IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT

**Activities:** In making grants Treverbyn Parish Community Fund will only provide funding for organisations whose work will benefit the inhabitants of Treverbyn Parish in the County of Cornwall. The funds of the Community Fund are limited and received via grants from proceeds generated by the working of wind turbines within the Parish.
