**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS AGED 7 TO 19, AT THE RED BALLOON LEARNER CENTRE, BEING STUDENTS WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF BULLYING, OR BY REASON OF OTHER EMOTIONAL TRAUMA OR ILLNESS, ARE FOR THE TIME BEING UNABLE TO ATTEND MAINSTREAM SCHOOL, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROVIDING THEM WITH TUITION AND APPROPRIATE FACE-TO-FACE AND ON-LINE SUPPORT IN A SAFE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT UNTIL THEY ARE READY TO RETURN TO MAINSTREAM EDUCATION OR TAKE UP TRAINING OR EMPLOYMENT

**Activities:** To advance the education of students aged 7 to 19, being students who are the victims of bullying, or by reason of other emotional trauma or illness, are for the time being unable to attend mainstream school, providing them with an academic, pastoral and therapeutic educational programme in a safe learning environment.
