**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ('OBJECTS') ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING. 1) THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH AND THE SAVING OF LIVES OF HOSPITALISED PATIENTS BY EDUCATING HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IN THE USE OF RAPID RESPONSE SYSTEMS.2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR AMONG HEALTH PROFESSIONALS ABOUT THE USE OF RAPID RESPONSE SYSTEMS AND TO PROMOTE RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN ALL ASPECTS OF RAPID RESPONSE SYSTEMS AND TO PUBLISH THE FORMAL RESULTS.RAPID RESPONSE SYSTEMS ARE INTERVENTIONS DESIGNED TO DETECT AND RESPOND TO ACUTE CHANGES IN PATIENTS, INCLUDING CLINIC DETERIORATION IN VITAL SIGNS, THAT REQUIRE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO MITIGATE THE HARM TO THE PATIENT.
