THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN TID 164 AND IN ENGLAND’S MARITIME AND SEAFARING HISTORY IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:· USING TID 164 AS AN EDUCATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL PLATFORM TO PROMOTE ENGLAND’S MARITIME HISTORY;· SHARING MARITIME SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE WITH OTHERS;PARTAKING IN SHOWS AND EVENTS TO INFORM AND MAKE THE GENERAL PUBLIC AWARE OF THE COUNTRY’S RICH SEAFARING HISTORY.

**Activities:** Restoration and preservation of one of only three TID steam tugs left in the world. Used as a vocational and education platform to promote peoples awareness of our maritime history
