accounts in accordan￿ with the requirements of the Charlties Act 2011

I report in respect of my examination of the Trusfs accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the ap￿ICable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5){b) of the Act.

During the financial period under review. the chanty had a sum of £121,082.56
in cash confiscated by the police on 18th Aprll 2024 under case reference Flu
911124. This event was a material matter requiring disdosure due to its impact
on the charity's financial position at the time.
However, as of the date of this report. the charity has successfully recovered
the funds, and the amount has been transferred back into the chanty's bank
account on the 13th March 2025. There are no outstanding concems regarding
this matter.
