**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE IN NEED IN COVENTRY AND WARWICKSHIRE AND SPECIFICALLY FOR THEM TO ACCESS FOOD AND OTHER SERVICES AND ITEMS WHICH THEREBY ALLEVIATE HUNGER CAUSED BY THE LACK OF OPPORTUNITIES OR RESOURCES TO OBTAIN SUFFICIENT FOOD.

**Activities:** The charity has asset transferred Foleshill Community Centre and will be establishing a Citizens Supermarket and Cafe for the benefit of the local community. The charity is also invested into food programmes to support school holiday hunger in the city of Coventry. It has also produced a local charter outlining its aspirations for a sustainable long term solution.
