The club house would provide supervised access to play equipment and activities as well as providing a confidential resource for children wishing to discuss any problems with volunteers. The club house would provide an opportunity for social interaction which is vital as many new families continue to move into the redeveloped village. **Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)** The Trustees confirm that as required by the Charity (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008, they ‘have due regard’ to the Charity Commission’s public benefit guidance when exercising any relevant power or duty.
