Homeless and those in<br>need were fed and helped with food<br>supplies. Lions Club International regularly<br>helps in disaster relief worldwide. Supplied<br>emergencies information bottles to several<br>local vulnerable and elderly people, which<br>would assist the medical professionals give<br>more rapid treatment. Helped the<br>environment with planting of 20 trees.<br>Member took part in various marathons and<br>walks adding to our charity funds. Children<br>and carers had a day of joyful relief with a<br>party. Similarly some 800 senior citizens had<br>an uplifting party held jointly by Lions clubs<br>in the District. Helped Mayor of Redbridge<br>raise funds for his charities including mental<br>health. 150 eye operations in rural India<br>helped restore key family members to full<br>function. Distribution of covid masks.<br>Supplied sleeping bags, care packs and<br>meals to the homeless.|
