Report of the Board of Trustees for Charter Street Mission 2021 to 2022 

The Board of Trustees primary objectives during this financial year was to put the finances on a firmer footing and to start a programme of upgrading of the building.  This work is progressing very slowly. 

The other area of major work is the management of the tenants.  This has involved the involvement of legal advisers. 

The Board are looking to organise a public consultation about the future use of the building.  However the uncertainty caused by the pandemic makes this difficult to arrange.  It is a priority for 2022 - 2023
