Our General annual meeting for 2024/2025 was done in April 2025, where we talked about how the year has gone and had one trustee leave us and another stepping into their role as secretary.
Our goals and ambitions are constant, to be able to provide a safe and accessible means for people of all ages to become involved and experience the thrill of Theatre in any way that is interesting for them.
We have increased our involvement within the local community by extending our facilities to the community and also to set up different events/shows to happen on a more regular basis. This will hopefully serve to advertise our group to a wider audience and increase our membership.
Since we have opened our café in 2022 it has helped increase our income and presence in the community. We still have also have our community charity corner which has been successful in gathering donations and steadily being used as a means of income.
We have been providing a regular hall hire to an organisation that does events for the public to come in and we put on a minimal service with our café and donation corner.
