Our General annual meeting for 2022/2023 was done in April 2023 in accordance to COVID-19 guidelines, where we talked about phasing back into our normal activities.
Our goals and ambitions are constant, to be able to provide a safe and accessible means for people of all ages to become involved and experience the thrill of Theatre in any way that is interesting for them.
We plan to increase our involvement within the local community by extending our facilities to the community and also to set up different events on a regular basis. This will hopefully serve to advertise our group to a wider audience and increase our membership.
We have opened our café in January of 2022 and it has helped increase our income and presence in the community. We have also set up our community charity corner which has been successful in gathering donations and steadily being used as a means of income since people are able to come in and peruse when we are open to the public.
We have been providing a regular hall hire to an organisation that does events for the public to come in and we put on a minimal service with our café and donation corner.
