Management of the Trust's affalr51s by a Board ofTrustees supported by a number of commiiteeswhith look aft￿ varfous
aspects of m3n3glng the eentre. All trustee5 are dd students who have generalfy sat a number of courses, served on
committees and have been involved in the runnlng of the Centre. They are appointed by the Centre reacher to sorve untll
the nexr annual general meetln& The charty Is a ao controlkd by Its Govemine corLstitution, whKh is registered wth the
Charfty Comm￿S1on.
No tharges are made for attendln8 tourges and donations are accepted only from student5 who have successfvlly
tompleted a 104ay course. It Is made clear to all partlclpants that these Ilonatlons are not payment for the teaching and
accommodatlon that they have received, but contributlons towards the costs of providing courses in the future for others
to attend. The donations are called 'dana' la Pali word). Donatlons gfven at the end of a course (course dana) are the
main soum of fvndlng for the Trust. It ￿ also supported by monthty standing order5 and one-off donations from old
students as W211 a5 Student loans of varying amounts and durdtion. Donation5 given at the end of a course are the maln
source of funding for thÈ Trust, whlch also r￿1VeS don3UDllS from old students by way of nKJnthly stsnding orders and
one-off donallons. We also receive student loans ofYarytn8amunts and duiatlon.
Teaching and serving Iworknngl on courses Is always done on a voluntsry basis. The day to day running of the Centre is
done byvolunteers.
