(A total<br>of 12 families attending;**_First Aid_** Fifteen parents<br>attended - we provide financial support for families<br>who can't afford the fee.<br>Ongoing support for families was provided through<br>texts and phone calls, with regular updates and ideas<br>posted on our website and Facebook page.<br>Craft packs provided at Christmas and Easter, either<br>collected by families or delivered to their homes were<br>a useful way of maintaining contact.<br>Two of our volunteers, both former teachers, provided<br>weekly activities and advice to support families via<br>email with transition to school as this was a concern<br>for some parents.<br>When restrictions eased, the project re-opened in its<br>new premises. The move has enabled us to offer<br>more groups and an extra staff member was<br>employed to facilitate this, funded by a three year<br>grant from Faringdon United Charities. We developed<br>a new structure for groups replacing the former drop<br>in method. Families are now booked in for alternating<br>six week blocks, with alternative activities such as<br>Cycle Park visits offered in the breaks between their<br>blocks. Initially this was to control numbers and keep<br>families safe from  covid, but it has turned out to be<br>veryeffective. Staffget to know the families better|





and can provide more personalised support and the families develop friendships, forming their own support networks through Whatsapp groups for example. We therefore plan to continue to operate in this way. 142 families attended groups since April-December 2021. We continue to offer a **Clothes Library** offering maternity and children's clothes and have restarted our monthly film showing. .
