| Early in the year the proposal to strengthen links between Hoguera and |

| decided to remain in Colombia for an em lo ment o ortuni . One |
| member of the Fundacion, came to the U.K., in August, to work as a |

UK Activities in the UK were significantly curtailed throughout the year because ofthe difficulty ofholding meetings and events in person. |
