## Section D Achievements and performance

UK Activities in the UK were significantly curtailed **Summary of the main achievements of the** throughout the year because of the difficulty of holding **charity during the year** meetings and events in person.

However the 2021 Annual General Meeting was held by ZOOM on 28th June and a further online meeting was held, late in the year, with Hoguera trustees and ambassadors as well as with some members from the Fundacion in Colombia.

On October 23 2021 Trustees and Ambassadors met at Hoguera’s Principal Address for their first face to face meeting in 2021. At that meeting, a proposal was put to Trustees by a group of Hoguera.UK members. The proposal, to support the exchange of volunteers (initially between Colombia and the UK), was to create a fund to which interested volunteers could apply for a grant. The grant would be awarded to the applicant who best met a series of requirements. This proposal was approved in Oct 2021 and £1000 was subsequently donated to fund a grant for one volunteer.

One of Hoguera Ambassadors, Richard Kegan-Bull, was included on the UK Coronavirus Learning Disability and Autism Leaders List and, at the end of the year, on the Disability Power 100 list.

Hoguera published the first video on its website, a video report of 2020 activity (‘Walking with L’Arche’).

Secondly, the Inclusion Committee of Antioquia Federation of Non Governmental Organisations, formally invited the Fundacion to carried out the legal process to became part of this committee.
