Connecting the people of Lincolnshire with the services and support that will most effectively meet their mental health needs
Objects: The object of the CIO is:• To promote the mental and physical health and wellbeing of individuals of all ages by supporting and providing community groups, activities, educational programs and recreational, physical, social, and therapeutic services.• To advance education through the provision of accredited and non-accredited training, qualifications, and learning programs that support the improvement of mental and physical health.• To support the growth, development, and sustainability of voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisations that contribute to the improvement of health, wellbeing, and community cohesion.• To promote prevention and early intervention in mental health difficulties to reduce their impact on individuals and communities.• To support individuals living with mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, and autism (MHDLDA) to improve their quality of life, inclusion, and wellbeing.Nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the CIO for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] and [section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008]
